The #sofaisland system is designed to harmonize the commercial atmosphere, create a relaxed ambiance, and gain insights into the customer group. This installation is also a robust framework for urban landmarks and signifies its location at a government-invested service facility known for hosting a constant flow of visitors. The setup prioritizes a modular system that is easy to clean and removable, facilitating quick reconfiguration to accommodate varying spatial needs. Within this context, other ideal collections can be the Land Sofa, Modo Sofa, and Ottomap Sofa. The Land Sofa offers expansive seating capacity in three directions, while the Modo Sofa's adaptable design maximizes floor space usability. The Ottomap Sofa embodies a creative concept that encourages global engagement by physically exploring and interacting with representations of different continents.

In the lobbying, conversing, and negotiation area of the collaborative coworking space, the placement of furniture and design elements aims to create a professional and flexible environment tailored to different needs. The area includes a meeting space, a negotiation center, and decentralized small workshops, each with varying levels of concentration and traffic capacity.
For the conference area, it is recommended to introduce Lord Pod Chairs along the aisle, combined with the long oak-grained Otto Meeting Table to accommodate the needs of large corporations. The modular system, represented by the Swell Sofa, is designed to adapt to different room sizes more flexibly due to its extendable parts. Additionally, the Cube Pouf and Ray Coffee Table are prepared for putting down notepads or other materials. Furthermore, for face-to-face private conversations, the separated modules from the Modo S series create a concentrated conversation area. These arrangements provide a high level of flexibility and professionalism to the collaborative space, offering solutions tailored to different requirements.

Collaborating with Profile Systems and Scope Projects Australia, GRADO contributes to sustainable office space design for Investa at 420 George Street, Sydney. The Queen Chair series is coated in Maharam Lariat Mahogany, offering a neutral earthy accent for the open meeting area. To complement the narrow angle of light projection, the chairs feature a pure black swivel base for balance. The Pebble Coffee table is crafted with natural walnut veneer, adding a touch of nature and organic beauty for visitors to enjoy during conversations and breaks. Furthermore, the Fatty Sofa, with its soft curves and OTE-Decent 29 cover, serves as a counterbalance to the edgy and exposed architecture, while its pairing with the Pebble Series emphasizes the green concept, making it a strong design choice.
